Since 2017, Sandra Emerson has been recognized by her peers in Illinois as a Leading Lawyer (SM) in both foreclosure and real estate. She has been featured multiple times in West Suburban Living magazine as a Top Attorney in Chicago's Western Suburbs and in Chicago Lawyer magazine's "Top Women Lawyers." Ms. Emerson's background encompasses real estate matters, such as residential and commercial closings, foreclosure defense and loss mitigation; bankruptcy and collections matters; contract law; construction law; consumer law; civil and commercial litigation; mechanics' lien litigation; and labor relations and employment matters. She has served as an arbitrator for the Cook County, Illinois mandatory arbitration program, and -- as either an attorney or real estate broker -- has successfully represented countless clients in sales and purchases, including numerous short sale transactions.
