Control, plan, direct and supervise the activities related to the warehouse, transport, imports, exports and services to customers in Guatemala and Central America. Manage, optimize and coordinate order cycle. Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, distributors and consumers.

Ensure adequate inventory levels in Guatemala warehouse and Customs Deposit (Export warehouse), to comply with planned sales.Work with the planning centers (manufacturing plants Europe, Mexico, Asia and USA) developing projections of inventory/ service recovery during periods of supply disruption.Lead discussions and expedite solutions related to Supply Chain disruptions and problems.Mitigate inventory risks, overstock and back orders due to market and demand changes.Work closely in cross functional teams as representative for Supply Chain Planning.Actively plan and support new business opportunities and new product introductions projects.Utilize root cause/ corrective action methodology to drive continual improvement in the Supply Chain.Coordinate dispatches to our distributors in Central America. Work cross functionally with Operations Logistics team (Exports / Imports) for the correct dispatch of orders to our distributors.Preparation of inventory reports to present and analyze in S & OP meetings:o Inventory Integrationo Fill Rateo Backorder (actual and potential)o Inventory healthiness (obsolescence)o Coverage indicatorso Customer Service Plants Manufacturing

Administrative assistance to the Master Planner.In charge of coordinating with the Free Trade Zone Operations team, the dispatches to distributors in Central America.In charge of preparing transits reports for the correct calculation of the MRP.

Attention to the logistics needs of our Distributors, Supermarkets and National Hospitals in Guatemala.Fill Rate Report.Service level index report.Follow-up to the dispatch of purchase orders to our customers.

Provide administrative support in activities related with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs in Central America.
