• Implemented a team coaching approach to a new Underwriting Academy to support both their team development and interpersonal relationships.• Developed learning solution for a team to enable them to run the learning themselves within their team when needed for specialist knowledge required for role. • Created a new Learning Pathway for the Existing Business team to grow skills required over a two year period. Delivered all content ranging from simple changes to complex complaints and requests.

I worked in both the Customer Helpline and Existing Business teams during this period. * Workplace assessor for ETITO Level 3 and Level 4 Certificate in Call Centre Operations - assessed Call Centre staff for this qualification. * Worked on a Lean project to review the processes and requirements for policy alterations.

Winz Call Centre

• Developed, co-ordinate and implement training and development plans for a 120 seat call centre which was ISO9001/9002 certified.• Lead team of 8 quality coaches, providing direction and guidance.• Seconded to role as Service Manager for 8 months leading team of 22, leading through periods of great change evidenced by a smooth transition and acceptance of change. During which I conducted performance appraisals, performance management and regular coaching with team.• Developed and implement recruitment strategy to ensure optimum staffing levels maintained at all times
