Nourishing Beginnings is a collaborative study between Case Western Reserve University, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, Better Health, and Healthy Neighborhoods.As a student assistant, I am responsible for offering operational support for all aspects of Nourishing Beginnings, which is a collaborative community program and research study that investigates the impact of nutritional resources and their effects on expecting parents and their babies during pregnancy and postpartum.The mission of this project is to support pregnant people by connecting them to fresh, nutritious foods, during pregnancy and postpartum.

As a cashier and sales associate, I processed returns in a friendly and convenient manner. I also arranged merchandise in a streamlined fashion. Through this employment, I maintained the policy in which the “customer is always right” and with customer satisfaction as our main priority.

MOST Fellowship Chief Scribe for the following specialties:- Plastic Surgery- Women's Health: Obstetetrics/gynecology, Urogynecology, Reproductive and Endocrine Infertility, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Gynecology/oncology.- Internal MedicineAs a chief scribe and co-manager:- I was part of the admissions committee for the MOST and ATOMIC scribe programs. I review applications, conduct interviews, and send decisions to prospective students following consultation with the program directors.- I managed the e-mail correspondence between current and prospective students of the scribe programs.- I trained oncoming scribes through: EPIC "Bootcamps" (two weeks of demonstrating EPIC system skills), in-person training with their physician mentor(s), and oversee their progress as a scribe.

As a hostess and server, I combined friendly service and quick thinking in a busy environment. Through this employment, I tuned my multi-tasking and time management skills through organizing seating arrangements in addition to setting up over-the-phone and online orders, all while serving tables of my own. I also provided accommodating service to customers with food allergies and specific diets.
