Also received a Doctorate in Education Administration, with a Superintendent Endorsement from Roosevelt University. Graduated with outstanding superior doctoral honor. Has received Leadership Academy training from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.Currently, is the CEO of S.P. Mann Consulting. A high energy, innovative, and results oriented administrator having an extensive record of accomplishments. Served as a Restorative Practices Consultant and Coach, working with CPS to help design and implement Restorative Practices systems in schools. Formerly, served in CPS as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and central office administrator. Has received numerous district and statewide leadership, coaching and school academic achievement recognition awards.Committed to the management team concept and has been successful designing and implementing leadership, instructional and discipline systems, that increased achievement and decreased discipline.
