-Provide general orientation and training for new-hires to Maplewood Senior Living.-Provide 8-Hour Alzhiemer's Awareness Habilitation Therapy Training for new-hires to Maplewood Senior Living

-Plan, organize, and coordinate all individual and group activities for residents with Alzheimer's/ Dementia using the HEART philosophy.-Implement recreationally therapeutic activities to sustain and promote resident potential and sense of usefulness to self and others. -Reach out to clients/ potential families of all backgrounds to bring in for sales tour of community, and effectively orchestrate new resident move-ins.-Continually attend the Alzheimer's Association Dementia Education Conference as well as other dementia focused workshops, in-services, and trainings. -Coordinate events of small and large scales including food, entertainment, decorations, invitations, as well as planning weekly out trips, and coordinating family functions. - Actively participate in preparation for Alzheimer's Association a Walk to End Alzheimer's by raising money, awareness etc. -Implement Mini-Mental examinations individually per resident. -Provide orientation & training for new-hires and volunteers. -Appointed Culture Crew Chief to boost associate morale.-Execute administrative tasks such as creating monthly calendars, creating and keeping daily activity sheets up to date, keeping office organized to flow properly, creating excel worksheets for vendors, creating Power Points for various presentations, etc.
