About Sandra Marques

I have a strong interest in health and wellness, sports performance, encouraging overall participation in physical activity and finding ways to improve an athlete’s overall performance and reduce injuries. Through my degree and work experience I have been able to develop a greater interest in teaching, build on my understanding of sports performance, fitness and health. Coaching and teaching a variety of age groups has given me a great insight into a variety of different sporting codes, working with scholars and management of sport and how to solve typical problems impacting sports performance.
