In the role of Senior Program Manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the New Choices, GROW, RISE, Re-entry and Customer Service First Class (a partnership with Development Dimensions International) programs. Departmental Outreach Program: Designed and co-facilitated with the Program Director an on-boarding program that provided departmental representatives with information about how to prepare for the arrival of new staff members, successful on-boarding strategies and supportive ways to assist the arriving staff member.
