• Attend weekly Yield meetings preparing information/reports to ensure productive meetings• Running pick up meetings weekly, monitoring group blocks, and cut off dates• Analyze forecasting process for the next month by sending out the 11 Day Weekly• Attend weekly sales meetings and provide an analysis on group pick up and wash• Assist and effectively manage Passkey, Opera, Prio, and Reserve• Monitor Room-Type availability, proper handling over booking situations, and changing rates• Responsible for supervising, training, and developing the PBX and Reservation Department
