I accumulate more than 15 years of experience at hospitality and tourism sector, and more than 10 years with management possitions in each of the hotels I've worked with. I am used to work with pressure for quality and results, and likewise accustomed to team management, even in times of limited resources, always with the best quality on focus.Until present, I have spent my career in Hesperia Hotels, it should be noted that within my 15 years of career I have lived a merger (acquisition of NH Hotels by Hesperia Hotels), lately a purchase by HNA part of shareholders of NH Hotel Group and finally we are Hesperia Hotels & Resots, which has been invloved changes of systems (getting involved in the process) and procedures, so my level of adaptability was an important point for maintain the màximum exigence for results and high quality service for our guests.
