• Recruitment of university students for international volunteer and adventure travel• Co-ordinating with university staff for bookings of rooms and set up• Co-ordinating with professors to make announcements in lecture halls and for the distribution of information to faculty and student networks• Liasing with student representatives for assistance and also distribution to other student networks and events• Contacting and communicating with university media for wider promotion• Making high energy announcements to classrooms from 10 people to 800 people• Working within a strict budget, negotiating all costs from car hire to accommodation to printing of promotional materials• Holding highly energetic and motivational weekly information sessions (10 hours continuously) to students to encourage them to travel and volunteer• Mange money from application fees, balance costs and submit weekly expenses • Enter student details in a computer system and manage a database through email follow up • Co-ordinate and book all accommodation, transport, printing and network contacts for a new university and sales territory each week • Be able to communicate with and inspire students from all types of background, cultures and socio-economic status
