I am a Registrar Associate at IU Health Saxony Hospital. I love working with the patients to put them at ease while they wait to enter into the ER. Working with someone and being able to make them smile and comfortable on a day where things are not well for them, fulfills me. I am loving the medical world. I am learning so much in my current position by utilizing medical terminology and patient services, I feel like it will make me a better person in my future positions by having that patient experience and knowing how important it is to them to make sure everything they experience, is the best we have to offer with a smile. Starting with the time they enter, to the time they leave, to the time of billing.
