Provision of employee benefits is consistent with Company's Reward and Recognition strategy both domestically and globally and ensure HR policies are market competitive and cost effective.Prepare Board / Human Resources & Compensation Committee papers on all HR policy and remuneration issues.Ensure disclosure and reporting meets ‘best practice’ corporate governance and accounting standards/guidelines for WPL Annual Reports.Undertook a 6 month secondment to the USA during this time.

Delivery of the 5 year Strategic Workforce Plan, build an understanding of Woodside’s long term workforce requirements.Developing strategies and implement tactics for building the workforce.

Provide assistance and support to the HR Managers through the interpretation of Woodside’s Human Resources policies and procedures.Provide reports and statistical information on human resources trends within Woodside.

Provide high level HR support and advice to the Executive Management Team on Award conditions/issues and legislative matters relating to human resource management.Facilitate and provide support to Council’s Safety and Health Committee.Manage the Council’s Workers Compensation claims, including rehabilitation programs.Special projects, submissions, employment grant applications ie Work for the Dole.
