The process now clearly outlines responsibilities, competencies, and role requirements and more effectively underpins successful and targeted people for development.Structured planning and leading of all year end and interim performance reviews. This was in order to more effectively identify and develop appropriate career paths based around skills and knowledge in order to ensure the best talent in the right roles and the identification of hi-potential employees. I was able to establish and implement targeted team productivity metrics that ensured engagement, motivation, and productivity. I led the team to successfully achieve an On-Time-to Receiver rate of 96%. This exceeded the 2019 average of 65% identified in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals 2019 study. I have used a transformational leadership approach to lead the Defense Aftermarket Americas Proposal team in the 10% YOY reduction in their proposal Turn Around Time.

This was my first role within the Defense & Space division where I successfully spearheaded numerous concurrent process improvement projects and fully leveraged continuous improvement methodology to clearly outline proposal processes, roles, and responsibilities that improved workflows. I was integral to the detailed evaluation of bid opportunities and effectively facilitated the identification of questions, issues, concerns and alignment of bids with business goals. I additionally served as Proposal Process Trainer for internal Proposal Operations and functional teams and collaborated with functional area Directors, critical Subject Matter Experts, partner organizations, and consultants to ensure successful proposal solutions development.
