I managed the clinical team and oversaw the provision of counselling and consultancy services for SA while working with the Benestar Group (formerly Davidson Trehaire Corpsych), a leading EAP provider internationally. I maintained a clinical caseload half time and continued to provide services across the spectrum of EAP services including offering trauma support, specialist counselling and conflict resolution services and organisational consultancy and advisory support to leaders across our customer network. I conducted workplace mediations for our customer groups across the private and public sector. I am a Nationally Accredited Mediator accredited through the Resolution Institute and continue to provide workplace mediation services under my private consultancy business (McNeil Consulting).

I have specialised in the provision of Employee Assistance Programs to a broad range of Government and Non Government settings for over 30 years. My services have included: consultancy services to leaders re the management of individual and team difficulties; individual counseling across the spectrum of personal and work-related issues; the provision of onsite trauma debriefing; workshop facilitation on various topics e.g Change management, Conflict Resolution Skills for Managers, Mental Health in the Workplace, Stress and Resilience.As a nationally accredited Mediator I have provided extensive conflict resolution services across the private and public sectors.
