Gateways were designed to engage with the community and to have as many services under one roof as possible. I manage KCC Gateway staff across Kent ensuring excellent customer service is maintained. I also worked with Kent Adult Education, part of KCC, managing a small team of highly motivated local engagement co-ordinators, managing the events and promotions to increase customer base and encourage new learners. My roles include large development projects for new Gateways, using Lean management to develop new processes to cut waste, improve income and ensure both customers and staff are satisfied, extensive experience of change management, inspiring and motivating staff to be the best they can.

I managed a large mortgage processing centre which processed residential and buy to let applications. Managing approximately 100 staff, ensuring targets and deadlines were met and exceeded.
