From Sep 2020: Support diverse processes as TL with deep content involvementR&D Pharma Controlling- Actively support the Reporting and Planning process for 74 Legal Entities reporting R&D costs worldwide (ratio of Pharma R&D expenses to Sales: 16%)- Calculation and coordination of all R&D Pharma intercompany reimbursements globally (1k billings per year)- Ongoing transformation & automation of processes through KNIMEGlobal Functional Controlling- Perform Controlling activities and Business Partnering globally for several Enabling Functions- Full ownership of all Functional Controlling related activities such as planning, reporting, ad-hoc analysis and proposal of corrective actions in case of deviations- Assure an integrated view on global functional performance management and cost development (clean Net Prime Cost) as well as the financial impact on the 3 Divisions (receiver view)- In only one year I hired 8 Controlling colleagues and built-up this newly established team Global Functions Accounting- Responsible for all around 10k Enabling Functions Cost Objects worldwide and correct set up of value flows ensuring compliance with Bayer Group requirements- Analyze and calculate monthly reallocation of global functional costs to divisions and coordinate admin. related reimbursements between Group LEs of 1k billings per year (OPEX & CAPEX)- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and close coordination with the Data analytics team to drive continuous improvements and automation (Tableau, e.g.)Segment Accounting- Oversee the correctness of value flows and master data of Balance Sheet postings on global level to ensure correct and timely external reporting on group and divisional level in Segment Accounting- In depth data analysis through Tableau reports and Divestment supportKey competences: Stakeholder management, Create value with the customer, Go Digital, Business insight, Empowerment, People developmentOct 2019 - Aug 2020: Maternity Leave
