Sandra has 30 years' experience in Organisation Development, Leadership Consulting and Coaching. Her recent focus has been in research led universities in the UK, providing one on one leadership and team coaching for senior strategic leaders within 3 reporting levels of Principal or Vice Chancellor. She is accredited in a number of diagnostics including Hogan and FIRO-B.Sandra is currently the Executive Coach to a Global Ocean Leaders Programme (Oceanleaders.org) which aims to have a lasting impact on the health of our marine environments by accelerating the leadership, influence and reach of exceptional early-mid career professionals working on solutions for the oceans and society. Sandra holds an MBA from London Business School, and an MA in History from St Andrews University. She sits on the Nominations Committee of the RNLI where is also a Vice-President.
