As Castle's EA, I complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President/CEO and CFO including: managing extremely active calendars of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence and confidential materials; arrange travel plans, itineraries, agendas; arrange and organize meetings for/and serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams.Board Support and Liaison• Assists board members with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed• Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members• Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding board andboard committee matters.Senior Management Liaison• Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in schedulingmeetings• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings on-siteHuman Resources• Responsible for all personnel matters including hiring processes, compensation, employee relations, employee benefits administration, HR policy implementation• Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, 401k and employee assistance• Manage employee morale projects like monthly lunches and corporate functions• Assists with preparation and revision of employee job descriptions, personnel policies and proceduresMarketingAssist with design layout of corporate marketing materials
