No day is the same- I have experienced many highs and lows and can fully resonate with sellers and buyers, who feel that buying/selling a property can be a very daunting experience.I pride myself on the personal level of service I provide to each of my clients and always strive to ensure that I work in the best interests of all parties involved.Main skills/duties:-Liaising with solicitors, agents, mortgage brokers, local authorities and managing agents-Managing the entire sales process from offer agreed to completion-Dealing with any neccessary re-negotiations-Updating clients and other interested parties-Ensuring targets are met and sales are completed within the expected timeframes-Dealing with complex issues that may arise-Management of the team, training and performance enhancement-AML checks-Pipeline reporting and reviews-Reviewing surveys and report on titles
