• Reports to the Head of Human Capital Management to implement management decisions.• Onboarding new employees upon their arrival and giving them an office tour.• Prepare monthly overtime and shift allowances for factory staff• Maintaining and updating the personnel filing system, in both soft and hard copy • Conduct employee exit interviews.• Manage staff attendance to work using the clocking machine. • Prepare monthly statutory payment deduction reports (e.g. Pension, Payee, NSITF) etc.• Process and issue leave letters and queries. • Manage employee data, conduct referee and guarantor check• Render support to staff when required. • Supports new hires to settle down quickly and fit into jobs smoothly • Ensure staff worked in line with the job descriptions and achieved their KPIs• Prepare onboarding kits (e.g. stationery, T-shirts and mugs) • Prepare confidential letters (offer, confirmation, termination, memo, queries) etc. • Responsible for promoting a positive working environment free of discrimination, harassment, or any form of unfair or unethical practices• Handled other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

 Maintained digital and electronic records of employees.  Assisted HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provided clerical support to all employees.  Supported all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
