During my time at Galderma my focus has been on the implementation of a new palletizing system at Galderma's new factory in Uppsala. My main area of responsibility has been the communication between the suppliers, Galderma and its various departments. I coordinated activities and carried out the actions required to drive the project forward.I was appointed as the project's material coordinator to deal with the delays that have arisen regarding the project's test material. Within this role, I led the work of designing an overview of the project's future needs and structured roles and responsibilities. During the project, I steered the mapping of the material requirements required by the project as well as a review and cost estimate for the various equipment and its tests.As the project covered large areas, my area of responsibility was expanded to several departments:- Link between supplier and packaging department for development and design of new material- Identify sub- and control systems for the new packaging lines and its connection to LMS (Line Management System)- Compiled the site's logistics flow before and after the construction of the new factory- Investigated extended scope linked to improvement of future flow and palletizing- Assisted in production in the production of test material- Worked in the improvement group "Speeding Up simplification, digitalization and automatization" where validation programs were evaluated.

During this assignment I worked as a project engineer and were involved in several different projects at Fresenius Kabi.I supported the rebuilding of a new personnel airlock to improve GMP compliance as well as replaced existing palletizing system with a new end-of-line system to increase capacity and support future factory expansion.The tasks varied greatly but included performing risk assessments, room qualification, communication between the contractor and Fresenius departments, report writing and work on planning issues. My role connected different departments and gathered information and knowledge from employees to be able to carry out activities and move the project forward.I performed downgrading of classification and qualification of clean rooms. During the downgrading, cleanrooms were reclassified in order to create a better working environment for operators and to meet the requirements of EU-GMP Annex 1. During the room qualification cleanrooms were qualified to ensure that set requirements were met and documented.I handled the communication between Fresenius' different departments and contractors, design of new layout for rooms, staff and material flow, performed risk assessments, qualification protocols and reporting of completed qualifications.

In this work, we aim to investigate non-invasive microwave-based solutions in testbeds, artificial tissue emulating phantom models and in alive and eutanized pig models in an animal experimentation facility.The sensors we are going to use will be a sensor based on NASA SansEC Spectroscopy technology with Uppsala universities own variants.
