Process Engineer At Galderma
CurrentDuring my time at Galderma my focus has been on the implementation of a new palletizing system at Galderma's new factory in Uppsala. My main area of responsibility has been the communication between the suppliers, Galderma and its various departments. I coordinated activities and carried out the actions required to drive the project forward.I was appointed as the project's material coordinator to deal with the delays that have arisen regarding the project's test material. Within this role, I led the work of designing an overview of the project's future needs and structured roles and responsibilities. During the project, I steered the mapping of the material requirements required by the project as well as a review and cost estimate for the various equipment and its tests.As the project covered large areas, my area of responsibility was expanded to several departments:- Link between supplier and packaging department for development and design of new material- Identify sub- and control systems for the new packaging lines and its connection to LMS (Line Management System)- Compiled the site's logistics flow before and after the construction of the new factory- Investigated extended scope linked to improvement of future flow and palletizing- Assisted in production in the production of test material- Worked in the improvement group "Speeding Up simplification, digitalization and automatization" where validation programs were evaluated.
