Joined Atkins North America (previously PBS&J)-Member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, in 2010 to lead the external reporting and technical accounting guidance activities. Promoted to Assistant Controller in 2012 and then to Controller in 2015. Leads the corporate accounting activities/close activities, and reporting activities (internal and external) for the North American operations. Prepared the initial carve-out financials for the entities included in the MLP formation to support the Initial Public Offering. Prepared financial results component of the quarterly earnings release, audit committee and investor earnings call materials for OSG parent company. Provided oversight for SOX404 annual testing and compliance.

Coordinated the preparation, review and filing of external reporting for 10Ks and 10Qs; Coordinated annual audit quarterly and interim period reviews with external auditors. Oversaw the monthly book close and consolidation, preparing internal reporting for monthly results for Senior Executive team. Assisted with the preparation, review and audit of annual financial results for securitized entities and monthly and quarterly financial information for bank compliance filings. Joined TECO as Manager of Financial Services for TeCom, Inc., a TECO subsidiary to coordinate the monthly blookclo0se with oversight responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll, Cost Accounting General Accounting and G/L systems. Prepared and analyzed financial forecasts and models for business development opportunities and business cases for new products under development. Coordinated Annual Business Plan preparation. Promoted to Senior Corporate Financial Reporting Analyst to coordinate the preparation, review and filing of 10Ks, 10Qs and 8Ks for all TECO Energy entities, coordinating annual audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors. Prepared consolidation and reporting of Annual Financial Business Plan and incentive targets. Researched, documented and drafted internal "white papers" for application of new accounting releases. Supported due diligence and reporting requirements for merger, acquisition and divestiture activity.

Joined the company in 1981 as a Staff Accountant for the International subsidiaries, preparing journal entries and monthly financial statements in local currencies and US equivalents for consolidation. Advanced through various positions during my tenure including International Accounting Supervisor, Consolidations Supervisor, External Reporting Manager, and Revenue & Asset Accounting Supervisor. The company was acquired by AT&T at which time I returned to the General Accounting area as Manager, Financial Services-Consolidations, Planning & Reporting to coordinate preparation of interim and year-end financial results and monthly outlooks to the General Management Team and AT&T Group Management. After Paradyne was divested from the Lucent spinoff of AT&T in 1995, I was promoted to Controller, Manufacturing Division, to direct and develop standard costs an analysis in the ABC/ABM environment, review weekly inventory standard cost relief material/labor absorption and variances and international transfer pricing.
