Integrated Master Scheduler
Current- Preparing, developing and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in support of contract deliverables of new and follow-on business.- Reporting critical path and network logic conflicts, schedule performance variances and associated cost impacts to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas- Conducting risk management to identify opportunities and areas for improvement- Performing schedule impact analyses related to change requests and incorporating approved changes- Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline and automate process flows- Coordinating with program management, business operations, financial controls, contracts and pricing and the customers on a regular basis- Analyzing and gathering data/metrics, reports results to management and develops plans to improve performance- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Boeing procedures and contract requirements for U.S Government and international customers
