I am a Program Manager / IT Leader with 20+ years of experience. I define myself as a Business Process Enabler and a framework designer (combination of people, process and tools) to solve business problems. My core expertise is in ERP Implementations, Data Governance and project management. I am focused on delivery and a I am a team player. As part of my professional development, I took the challenge to lead Network Infrastructure projects where I am leading a 15 MUSD project to build 4 MDFs, 10+ IDFs and enable 1000+ network nodes to increase the production capacity of a Brewery in Mexico. As part of a global team I developed skills to lead and collaborate in a virtual environment. Inclusiveness, customer focus, accountability, problem solving and a fun environment are the values that I embrace in my interactions. I have been very fortunate to work in different type of industries such as petrochemical, power generation, food & beverage, logistics, services, IT, education and software development. I enjoy volunteering in STEM (Girls Who Code, Junior Achievement, HSF) and Education programs. I spent 10 years as a Computer Science Professor in different universities (public and private).
