HCM Systems, payroll operations, payroll tax, HRMS administration, payroll finance and garnishment teams in all aspects of HCM, payroll, WFM related activities

Responsible for leading the payroll operations, payroll tax, HRMS administration, HR Systems, payroll finance and garnishment teams in all aspects of payroll finance and garnishment administration activities. Key responsibilities include:• Lead and optimize functions for a large team based in the United States and Offshore; teams consist of Payroll Finance, Payroll Operations, Human Resources IT, Garnishment, and Benefits• Daily cross-functional collaboration with Human Resource Generalist, Finance, Payroll Tax, and Benefits Administrator business partners to deliver Human Resource Operations functions• Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies and Human Resource Operational processes to align with business strategies and support enterprise goals• Conduct semi-annual testing to demonstrate compliance of payroll and HRMS internal controls related to Sarbanes-Oxley in accordance with internal audit guidelines• Manage and generate daily cash forecast for payroll-related funding; improved accuracy of daily cash forecast from $100K to less than a $10K variance• Monthly review and approval for 125 accounting reconciliations with combined average monthly balance of $275M• Manage vendor contracts related to HR Operations and systems, resulting in cost savings for enterprise• Manage all aspects of HR Operations tasks during acquisitions; key areas of focus are associate-level data integration such as onboarding, W4 set-up, benefits enrollment, and I-9 documentation

Cross over tasks and daily interactions with the payroll tax and payroll operations managers. Key accomplishments include:• HR PeopleSoft expertise in Organizational Structure models, GL interfaces, Payroll processes, Workforce Administration, Foundation table set up• Project Manager for multiple projects including upgrade to 9.1, Post Payroll Processes, and GL interface enhancements• Bank conversions• ADP payroll printing and funding• Key process improvement achievements consist of o Consolidating general ledger accounts o Eliminating redundant activities o Bringing over 125 accounts back into line through audits, in depth reviews, process changeso Streamlining and improving garnishment payments to be in complianceo Remapping of tax accounts so that problem areas are more easily identifiable o Develop documentation used for training
