I am a senior executive leader and a public servant at heart. It is my calling to serve and work with communities and organizations to tackle complex issues that make a real difference to people. I am passionate about Education and in my current role I partner with tertiary organizations and government agencies, youth and industry - to respond to skill needs, remaining focused on improving outcomes for youth. I am experienced in operations management functions such as finance, sales, production, procurement, logistics, people management, budgeting and work programs involving monitoring, forecasting and reporting. I have a high level of comfort with navigating ambiguity and the ability to succeed in political environments. I value teamwork, participation, flexibility and the ability to continually revise and refine. I thrive collaborating and coordinating with teams and enjoy finding synergies for efficiencies. I especially enjoy the dynamic nature that multi-cultural teams create. I have worked on many projects and programmes grounded on results-based management. I am a proud New Zealand permanent resident, Austrian national, multi-lingual with experience working in both the public and private sector including the United Nations.
