Primarily responsible for International customer service. Maintains customer relationships with both existing and new direct customers and distribution partners. Key User for SD module in SAP. Ensure SPA, new material and customer data is loaded correctly. Works closely with Customer service and Application support departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and customer order processing. Supports, coordinates and facilitates customer service and sales administration in close coordination with all other Aventics facilities. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES1. Special focus on credit memos, training, distributor network annual returns and credit administration.2. Provides training and guidance for order entry related process.3. Tracks and analyzes all DIRECT target accounts to monitor progress of market penetration.4. Assists in networking issues pertaining to order entry for distributors.5. Assists and participates in creation of product cross-reference material for MRO and focused distribution channel.6. Facilitates and monitors distributor stock returns and stock rotation including associated credit issues.7. Supports, observes and monitors all export related issues to AVENTICS companies, International direct customers and or other sales channels.8. Coordinates and monitors purchasing contracts, which require special handling.9. Performs special projects as required.12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Maintains Canadian price lists and is responsible for price change management. Works closely with Customer service and Application support departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and customer order processing. Supports, coordinates and facilitates customer service and sales administration in close coordination with all other Aventics facilities. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES1.
