-Oversee and support direct care staff (manage scheduling, hire and train staff members, delegate responsibilities, conduct performance evaluations)-Maintain residential home needs (weekly grocery orders, weekly household supply orders, maintenance requests)-Maintain relationships with parents around logistical issues and concerns regarding their child-Work directly with Clinical Staff regarding clients and implementing effective and individualized treatment plans- Managed crisis scenarios such as unauthorized absences, hospitalizations, outbursts, etc.- Establish and maintain appropriate rapport with clients with mental disorders and illnesses.
