I am a Business Analyst at Thoughtworks. My role combines the skills of a Product Owner/Product Manager, IT Project Manager, and Agile Coach (Iteration Manager / Scrum Master). In this role I have worked in the following areas: IT infrastructure (automotive), payment process automation (eCommerce) and front-end development (NGO). My focus is on Human-AI Interaction with Generative AI in agile software delivery. I studied Business Computer Science alongside my job and conducted a 2-month field experiment within my team on this topic for my thesis: "Generative AI in software development - Analysis and comparison of human-human pair programming with and without additional AI assistance using the example of GitHub Copilot"I am a passionate Agilist. Agile project management with Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, business development, and stakeholder management are as natural to me as product development and leadership.Taking responsibility for a product, developing it, and establishing it in the market is a real pleasure for me. It is always exciting to see the development of a product and to be able to influence this process.Before joining Thoughtworks, I was a passionate Product Owner of my own online marketplace (https://kitchennerds.de).After many years in Marketing and Product Management, I started my own business with my product in 2013: Kitchennerds is an online marketplace that provides on-demand professional chefs for home dinners or cooking classes, team events, and show cooking. I designed the platform and developed it with my team.Kitchennerds started in Hamburg and now offers private chef services in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Cologne/Bonn, and has served thousands of high-quality menus to our customers. As Product Owner at Kitchennerds I was responsible for the technical development of the platform, produced image videos of the chefs, and was in charge of Marketing.After nine successful years, I joined Thoughtworks as a Consultant Business Analyst and handed over my Kitchennerds activities to my co-founders and team.I am a public Speaker on 'Women in Digitalisation' and 'Women in Tech' (https://speakerinnen.org/de/profiles/sandra-roggow & https://www.1st-row.de/speakerinnen/sandra-roggow), and I co-founded the non-profit volunteer FLINTA in Tech public speaker initiative reher*sal in 2023.
