As a behavioural change expert, I empower individuals to transform their relationship with food,enabling them to effortlessly become their best selves.In my early days working on Harley Street, I found myself specialising in weight loss for personalreasons. This passion led me to establish Slimpod, a medically endorsed online programme thatprovides a natural and holistic approach to improved health and wellbeing.Slimpod addresses the exhaustion many people feel from years of fruitless efforts in weightmanagement. It replaces negativity and despair with a renewed sense of purpose and hope,inspiring mental clarity, and empowering individuals to become happier, healthier, and calmer.To date, I am proud to say that Slimpod has changed the lives of over 300,000 people across morethan 40 countries and is rated Excellent on Trustpilot.Drawing on breakthrough research in “nudge” thinking, I spearheaded the world’s first successfulclinical trials exploring how unconscious persuasion can influence weight loss.I had the privilege of presenting these findings at the Royal College of General Practitioners inLondon in 2020 in Dubai and Milan in 2023 and Prague in 2024. My affiliations include working with the NHS (National Health Service) and being a member of theUK All Party Parliamentary Group for Obesity.Many people experience a vicious, self-destructive cycle with their relationship with food as ifthey’re feeding a disruptive inner entity. Through Slimpod, I offer a lifeline that shifts their thoughtprocess around food, coaching and enabling them to re-establish a healthy relationship with it. Thistransformation has profound benefits for both mental health and physical well-being, helpingindividuals regain self-esteem and self-acceptance often lost in the Yo-Yo Dieting, Cycle or WeightCycling Phenomenon.My work is firmly rooted in proven psychology and neuroscience principles, which I’ve devoted manyyears to studying.
