We are constantly looking for top talent in the field of Computer Science Engineering to work with us, to achieve great success in skill set development and career development.• Maintaining the database for the recruitment process• Recruiting OPT, GC & Citizen for Placement program.• Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening,Understand their competencies & skill sets. • Even after the month also interacting with the resource regarding their job environment.• Posting a newsletters to the candidates on the Database (Including our Existing Employees & prospective) and coordinate on making calls.• To discuss the employment process with Shortlisted candidates.• Scheduling a Technical screening to check whether the consultant is suitable for Training or Placement.• Following up with the consultant regarding submissions feedback.• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through internal databases, group referrals, job portals like Monster and Dice.
