Data Warehouse project in Caixa Geral de Depósitos, including:- Responsible for defining, implementing, improving and maintaining the data quality and processes reconciliation, in the Data Warehouse, as needed to reach an acceptable quality level.- Monitoring and validation of new functional requirements for Data Warehouse.- Development and maintenance of universes, using the OLAP Business Objects, in the Data Warehouse Business Support team.- Reports analysis and production, using the Business Objects, to support product management and commercial activity. Creation and Automation of periodical high level reports concerning customer involvement with the bank (and their evolution).- Implementation of queries, using the SAS Base, in order to respond to Data Warehouse user’s requests. - Information supply and technical support to user database exploration by all the other bank departments.

- Maintenance of statistical report application, using the programming language (Basic Sax - scripts) of the SPSS package, integrated with an Oracle Database, using PL / SQL, to the Portuguese Ministry of Economy. The delivery of the information was through the Oracle Discover.- Give Data Mining training course, under a protocol with the University of Minho, to Information Technology Management finalist students.- Participation in Data Quality project, in the banking sector, which sought to normalize customer addresses.- Implementation of a Data Mining project for the Portuguese Governmental Institution responsible for Social Security – IIESS, which objective was the detection of fraud in social security, integrated with an Oracle Database using the procedures of PL / SQL.
