• Responsible for managing the operational continuity for Schering Guatemala, through technology and ERP systems • Advise users in the use of software and hardware.• Detect hardware and software failures.• Coordinate maintenance activities to computer equipment.• Continuity of operations plans, including contingency and managing simulation components such as data backup plans, alternative systems for connection to global systems.• Administration: perform system maintenance tasks (backup 's , user management , menu creation, maintenance reports and queries , control of supply, etc. . ) .• Collaborate with project implementation standards of the region.• Training users in the systems of the company.• Reporting to parent on costs and resources of the department.• Advise managers on the purchase of equipment.• Development of reports to user requirement.• Database Administration (SQL Server - MS Access)
