I stumbled on this job. No lie. If this job didn't tank because the company went bankrupt, I could've still been working here. I enjoyed it and loved it. They gave me free reign to do a lot since it was a small business and they couldn't afford to get more expensive professionals... And I was a bored college student who knew how to figure out how to repair stuff because I'm broke, and if that thing needs to work now, I -will- find a way to make it work. I've had to constantly do with what I had from the time I was a kid all my life, so I'm used to it and actually enjoy it. This was great growth for me. I developed a lot of my skills which are the foundation of who I am now. At there, I got to translate marketing material, translate and develop training material, train my co-workers (specializing in first person resolution and AHT), talk to customers, develop stronger first-contact resolution skills, learn interpersonal skills I hadn't developed yet, and had to meet quotas and metrics. Unfortunately, the company went bust, but this was some of the best 3 months of my life. I was making $$$ (compared to Walgreens), I was able to use my brain and be given free reign of figuring out how to fix things, etc. It was great, I miss my old team and bosses, and still refer to a lot of the knowledge I learned then to use to this day. This is why I joined and LOVED Google Fi. It was that experience on steroids with more resources and bigger teams. I moved on to bigger and better things after this experience.
