During my time as a Benefits Service Manager for our fringe benefits division, I managed the accounts of several of our large market clients for health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, commuter benefit, and health reimbursement accounts. Responsibilities included: updating the requirements based on client discussions or administrative changes governed by IRS rulings, maintaining the relationship with several of our vendors, coordinating with technology to ensure system updates occurred as expected, and managing the success and timelines of change order requests.

As a Client Manager, I was responsible for maintaining the operations of our call center. Daily tasks included: creating and facilitating training, staffing changes, ensuring tools were kept current, and coordinating forthcoming changes with the client.

My primary responsibilities included monitoring calls, evaluating representatives on their call quality, managing their attendance and schedule adherence, resolving participant or client escalations, and coordinating with the Client Manager to the Customer Service Representatives were aware of any changes or issues to assist with calls to the best of their abilities. The calls monitored covered all domains—Pension, 401k plans, and Health and Welfare benefits.
