Laser Artwork Specialist IIISingle point of contact for National Accounts – Autonation, Sonic, Lithia, Group 1, Larry Miller Group, Van Tuyl and The Boucher Group for all laser artwork creation and changes.• Work exclusively with National Accounts on all day-to-day and special projects. • Provide detailed assistance to clients to assure accurate creation and implementation of their laser forms.• Coordinate new product installations with clients and employees in the field.• Create mock-ups, both Elite and Enhanced Laser Forms, based on client needs. Follow up with client via telephone and email on open and outstanding orders. Respond to all client inquires via phone and email. • Responsible for resolving National Account issues and complaints regarding Laser Imaging and DOX/Standard Register. • Extensive use of ACT, Vision and Oracle to enter and track client orders and issues.• Developed a streamlined information folder, proofing and approval process for all national accounts. Thereby shortening the timeframe for artwork orders, approvals and installations.• Participate in all conference calls regarding clients.• Work closely with Laser imaging installers to assure that artwork is downloaded in a timely manner.• Work closely with Laser Forms Designers to assure accuracy of artwork first time around. • Responsible for shipping of all flashcards to Lithia stores using the ADSI Ship-it system.• Assist with training of new hires.• Assist annually with Tax and Financial Statement orders.• Excellent time management skills.
