I have been a CNA for 23 years at different locations and i have been in venues such as nursing homes and hospitals home care. I have a passion for the elderly and I treat then as i want to be treated. I love my work but i do not like the way the system runs. I want to be an administrator to change the way the system works with a great example to follow. One person can make a difference, I am currently going to school to receive my B.S Healthcare Management graduation 2019.
