Current• Leverage Agile principles to expedite product development and launches for private labels B2B, identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities while remaining responsive to evolving market trends and real-time sales data to better serve customer base. • Introduce streamlined reporting mechanisms and in-depth app analysis to effectively collect feedback, evaluate sales performance and gauge the impact of social media marketing strategies, enabling data-driven decisions towards process improvement and automation.• Spearhead efforts to cultivate and strengthen brand identity, boosting online visibility through content creation for press & newsletter releases and interactive engagement on social media.• Act as hands-on contributor to craft comprehensive, repeatable business playbooks, ensuring seamless task management, production oversight, and meticulous coordination of product releases including media outreach campaigns to enhance the overall customer experience.
