  I supply paper samples, mockups, swatchbooks, educational info, and research materials of paper samples needed for our Pacific Northwest customers, Oregon and Washington and beyond. I have the capabilities needed to saddle stitch, perfect bind, and comb bind brochure type mockups and I have also worked from flat patterns, supplied by the customer, to build most of their mockups needed. Folders, tri-folds, brochures, envelopes, etc., are among the various projects that have been handed to me in a course of a days work. I am also responsible for scanning the PODs(Proof of Delivery) for xpedx Kent/Seattle, which also involves Spokane, Yakima, Wenatchee and Oregon State, as well. Our POD scanning process makes it easier for customer service to bring up, in our system, a POD for a delivered order. This will help to better serve our customers on a daily basis. A new part to my job has been added since November 2012, I now scan and file the Boeing Certifications recieved into our building.I value the customers that I have met doing business with over the years and those that I have only talked to on the phone.I also work at the front desk/ Reception answering the phone 4 times a week and I sort and distribute morning reports .I enjoy my job here at xpedx, it gives me the freedom to expand my abilities and continue to build my knowledge here at xpedx everyday.
