Sandra is the Chief Executive Officer for BMS Asia, the most recent addition to the BMS Group. BMS Group is the independent global specialist insurance and reinsurance broker operating in key hubs around the world, including London, New York, Bermuda and Australia, since 1980.Tasked with launching BMS in Asia, Sandra will initially focus on building out our M&A insurance broking capabilities in Asia, complementing BMS Group’s existing capabilities in London, Canada and Australia. Drawing from BMS Group’s existing expertise, she and the BMS Asia team will also look to expand BMS’ offering in Asia from M&A insurance into additional areas such as reinsurance, renewable energy, marine and capital markets advisory.Sandra has more than 16 years of legal and insurance experience, mostly spent advising leading international private equity and corporate investors on the legal aspects of their M&A transactions as well as placement of various M&A insurance solutions. Experienced in understanding client’s risks and needs under different capacities, She will look to use this experience to bring the best insurance solutions to our clients in my current capacity.
