By invitation of local judges and bar president, coordinated start-up of initiative for community-based court reform proposals.

Funded by a one-year community policing grant from the Executive Office of Public Safety, project was multidisciplinary initiative to train the community to prevent and respond to domestic violence.

Prosecutions including marital rape, ritual paddling of children by parents; and domestic abuse, at times without the testimony of victims or with hostile testimony from victims; tried cases regularly with approximately 100 cases taken to trial.
