-Intern three days a week for a minimum of 600 hours-Lead college counseling guidance seminars to help students with filling out college applications, editing college essay drafts and writing supplements, and assisting students with the programs: Naviance, College Board and Common Application-Help organize and supervise college events within the school by scheduling college representative visits-Maintain a caseload of 15-20 students with IEPs, individual check-ins for social/emotional and academic issues, and college check-ins for seniors-Contact parents promoting upcoming events at the school and touching base regarding students on caseload-Develop and update progress report goals for students with IEPs in order to receive correct services-Facilitate group counseling sessions for social skills and self-esteem groups for middle school and high school students-Co-facilitate classroom guidance lessons for 6th and 7th graders regarding the topics of puberty, sexual health and “Friend and Foe” workshops

-Coordinate and schedule video recording equipment loans for students and faculty at Boston College-Supervise undergraduate student staff ensuring professionalism, task completion and support for conflicting circumstances-Respond to inquiries from members of the Boston College community regarding video equipment provided by Media Technology Services

-Ensure the health and safety of adults with severe and persistent physical and psychological disabilities-Provide training, counseling and physical assistance when needed -Responsible for documenting activities of adults in daily log for other staff members-Assist in therapeutic activities and individual therapy sessions to help alleviate distress of adults living in home-Distribute medications to adults living in home as provided by individual’s doctor and psychiatrist

-Greet customers and cater to their requests with excellent customer service -Stock and replace items for customers’ convenience-Clean and manage the appearance of the shop

-Member of research team focusing on gender and social preferences in children ages 3-6 years old-Assisted in designing research plan and methods to be carried out during experiment-Observed and recorded data of children and their social preferences to interact with one another-Analyzed gathered data utilizing statistical software SPSS

-Helped integrate children with special needs with their normal functioning peers to improve their social and physical well being -Monitored children’s behavior to make sure they were conducting themselves appropriately in such a social environment-Co-led lively activities for children to interact and form relationships with one another

-Taught children new dance and/or gymnastic skills to be demonstrated in dance recital-Created and designed dance routines for children ages 4-8 years old for dance recital at the end of the year-Assisted children having problems with dance and/or gymnastic abilities by breaking down certain steps and providing physical assistance
