Current-Co-creator of a financial consulting company known as Arrowhead Resources. Wrote business plans and mentored over 20 individual clients in finding business funding sources and creating presentations for investors. Also matched businesses with appropriate potential funding sources.-Consulted with clients of the Business Success Center and the Entrepreneurs Association in Austin, Texas to develop their public sector marketing strategies. Also assisted their public sector and not for profit clients in working with the private sector and to develop small business contracting and subcontracting processes.-Invited by hundreds of national, state, and regional organizations to be a keynote speaker on the subject of small business development, economic development existing industry programs, and using federal money to create business assistance and workforce development programs.-Created national programs with AT & T and its unions (CWA and IBEW) to develop personal financial plans for existing and laid off workers. Took this program, known as The Alliance Plus, to other national corporations and their workforces.-Worked with AT & T and its unions to develop joint labor management teams in locations across 8 different states and multiple business lines.-Assisted a large wholesale and retail textbook company with financial and accounting operations at eight college campuses. Assisted in the creation of their first formal management training program known as the College of Customer Service.
