My love and passion for baking was evident from childhood. As a child I spent loads of time with my Grandmother who inspired me in all kinds of art and craft projects.I am graduated from Vilnius Pedagogical University, physics and astronomy faculty was my home for 5 years. The journey of finding myself started after the University …. I have lived in Denmark, Ireland and now I am settled here in London since 2008. The passion for baking was very alive inside me and I enrolled in patisserie classes while working as a PA .Till now taking classes not only in United Kingdom, but also in France and Lithuania. Every few month I crave for new classes, latest trends and flavours in a mesmerising patisserie world. And I am there… mixing up myself with new colours, flavours, aromas of vanilla, violet…chocolate. Once I get back to reality we work even harder to make our clients happy and satisfied with the service and products Sandrita cakes can offer. We use best quality ingredients – gourmet butter from France, the finest Belgian Chocolate, best fresh fruit purées produced in France. Every cake is made to order and can be individually discussed to incorporate flavours and design to make the celebration wow! We provide a wide variety of cakes from traditional sponge cakes to a French style shiny beauties and other confectionery. All sugar flowers, chocolate decorations and figurines are hand crafted.
