Program Manager role is to develop and lead a team of employees by integrating pilot hiring processes and to align their day-to-day work related to pilot interviews, job offers and clearance results. The manager assist in the development, maintenance and alignment of pilot hiring administrative processes and workflow by partnering with pilot hiring leader and team to establish and implement processes and work flow that foster organizational and pilot hiring goals. Key skills and abilities include coaching, communication, process improvement, analysis and problem solving. -Formulate process improvements, train and monitor administrative employees that help achieve business objectives within pilot hiring.-Maintain a high level of business literacy about the department, efficiency and process improvements for all administrative functions supporting pilot interviews, offers and clearance process. -Analyze business trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and processes that improve pilot hiring’s contribution to the organization’s goals.-Assist in creation, implementation and monitoring all pilot hiring administrative processes from initial contact, employee referral, assessment process, selection process, interview, job offer, clearance and start date. Activities may include review of application in AirlineApps, recruiting processes and attendance at pilot recruitment events. -Assess and anticipate pilot hiring related needs. Actively support discussions and best practices from various departments within organization. Act as an employee champion and change agent.-Work closely with leadership and employees to improve/maintain work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Identify training needs for direct reports, remove road blocks and ensure development needs are met.-Conduct performance evaluations, coaching conversations and mentoring of direct reports

Manage administrative duties for IE’s. Maintain FAA IE qualifications and renewals for instructors, I/E rosters, fly days, attendance, phone lists, onboarding, retirements, IE qualification tracking, PR records, FOX reports and any instructor requests for assistance.Temporarily acted as Training Ops Manager for Training Operations. Scheduling, reconciliation, coordination and planning for simulator events, rescheduled training and retrain/incomplete events. Managed daily issues that arose with scheduling and instructors.

Participated in the development, implementation, and oversight of the pilot database and hiring process. Prepare and participates in Pilot Selection and Review Boards and serves as the back-up to the Senior Manager to facilitate review boards. Extend Conditional Job Offers (CJO) and assign pilots to New Hire classes. Assists with new Career Path Program (CPP) processes, Compile and track statistical reports for hiring trends, Provides backup for pilot interviews, and supports recruiting at Hiring events.
