Ensure compliance to all country, legal, commercial and technical regulations and procedures. Mitigate any risks to processing customer orders by coaching and training the teams in all regulatory requirements and processes which has led to the significant reduction in rejected orders.Serve as first point of contact for Sales Representatives, resolve all issues to ensure orders are processed. Work closely with internal departments, such as billing, provisioning and legal to finalise terms of contracts.Utilise strong attention to detail to ensure data is accurately captured and meets commercial and product guidelines and company systems.
