Working with data for personalised customer communication: customer service and marketing campaigns in a multi- channel environment.Profiling customers by various segments and using satisfaction scores and NPS to predict purchase behaviour. Creating test and measurement plans to ensure data analysis can be used to create customer insight.A large part of my job is presenting customer insight to stakeholders across the business, feeding business decisions to create a better customer experience. Projects worked on includes:* Single view of customer analysis* Loyalty and CRM planning* CRM most valuable segment analysis * NPS and customer satisfaction analysis * Creating dashboards and presentations to bring out key messages and actionable insight * Personalisation and optimisation of comms and campaigns; CRM, marketing and service recovery

Working with regional and global CRM planning and strategy for the Nordic, UK& Ireland region and Female Player marketing teams• Responsible for regional CRM budget to setup campaigns and promotions to align with annual KPIs and target• Planning and executing CRM campaigns including briefing digital communications such as email, landing pages and targeted news• Analysis of promotions pre, post and during campaigns• Segmentation amd targetting of customers for retention, conversion and reactivation campaigns• Campaign support, advise and liaison with regional directors and country marketing managers from all countries (UK&I, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark)

Planning and executing CRM campaigns for the Nordic region• Coordination of regional Nordic CRM campaigns• Execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing content and creation of copy• Analysis and testing of digital communications; banners, pop ups and email• Database analysis for conversion and retention of current customers
