Manage gathered information and allocate postage for various mailings from all areas of the company to be maintained in an Access database and later posted to the General Ledger through a jounal entry.Generate month end entries and postage reporting within specified time limitsDue to budget restrictions, software previously used to house postage spending was eliminated. Created and maintained a postage management system in MS Access that helped manage/organize 30Million in postage expenditures/year freeing time to assist in other responsibilities within the company.
