Main skills in 3 months internship - Mainly beverages products such as imported coffee beans & tea quality1. R&D executive - Join in Reduce Sugar Tax project: revise > 10 products formulations to replace sugar with acesulfame-K, carry out 3 sensory evaluation methods - Assist senior in 4 new products development - Pure 100% cocoa powder, Thai Milk Tea, Thai Green Tea & Gula Melaka Milk tea. - Involved more than 5 OEM benchmark in instant white coffee, milk tea and malt cocoa drinks: Oldtown, Nescafe, Puro brand, G7 and Wake up(Vietnam). - Focus on effective costing: research alternative materials with revise formulations. 2. QC inspector: - Check on every coffee beans and tea leaves pH, moisture, Brix, density & sensory according to FSMS standards. - Production inspection on weighing scale & glass and hard plastic hazard. 3. QA assistant- Investigate and solve CPAR and customer feedback on quality and food safety issues. - Thermo-hygrometer calibration: using One Way Anova analysis & T-test on corrective calibration. -ISO documents control: HALAL and Buatan Malaysia application. 4. Sales Assistant: - Join 3 days iFood Expo 2022 at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, KL as sales advisor and promoter. - Assist sales manager on 2022 business report for KPI purpose. - Revise 2022 price adjustment listing- Key in container loading measurement and Oracel system
